We also take a peek at the Progression system for Halo 4 as outlined in the Halo Waypoint Weekly Bulletin. It's a lot of information to go through but we try and break it down to talk about the parts we're excited to play with.
Thanks to everyone who entered our Halo Swag Competition! We've had loads of entries and the competition is now closed! Winners will be revealed next episode... Good luck!

Dust and Echoes and Minecraft. The perfect morning. :D
ReplyDeleteAfter watching episode 2 for the 30th time I found this comment from Machinima Prime:
"Episode 3, 4 and 5 are amazing! I can't believe how incredible they look. It is like Predator on steroids. Get caught up on ep 1 and 2 now as the talking ends and the invasion and fight begin friday!"
I'm so excited. Also on the topic of Lasky 'not learning to follow orders', he's going to have to learn to do that when John appears, unless he wants to be impaled with an energy sword that is.
AXIOS!
Ooooh, I can't wait for these next few episodes! It's going to be pretty awesome!
DeleteI'd like to see some Laskey/John arguments. Not sure John would know how to deal with an upstart teenager, might make for some humourous moments in between the blood-letting of the Covenant attack!
My favourite bit in this entire podcast .... "Space Quiche" they definately should've called it that ... or Quiche LeSpace. Loving FUD so far. All the imagry is excellent, the way they blend the live action intop the cgi is so well done. Better than any other example I can think of with the exception maybe of the LotR trilogy. Maybe it's just because I am so familiar with the universe that it all looks real to me?
ReplyDeleteRoss (SpaccaAttacka) had exactly the same problem with the helmet thing as you Woaf and it sounds as if you were just as perplexed as he was, he was still talking about it like an hour afterwards. I feel like Tom could be right about the restrictions of training funds etc though (plus it was only the defedning team that seemed to have that option, the excersise was aimed at teaching Laskeys squad a lesson so perhaps they were given the advantage to indicate that was their territory and they would have additional intel/security etc).
